Create a Standalone DMG/Homebrew Installer Version

This would be really helpful and allow the app to be used within organizations that do not leverage Apple IDs on their devices. License keys should be tied to an email address rather than an Apple ID so that the app can be installed and activated without the App Store/Apple ID.
